Despite her busy schedule, she always responded to my inquiries within 48 hours, and usually within just a couple of hours. This responsiveness allowed me to plan ahead and made me feel incredibly supported throughout the process.

Punctual and Professional: Unlike other vendors who left me wondering if they’d show up, she was actually at the venue before I was! She arrived with her full kit, set up her station immediately, and didn’t waste a single second.

Incredible Range and Skill: While she is known for Asian makeup, she is truly versatile. She did hair and makeup for me, my mom, and my aunt (who are Asians), as well as my husband, mother-in-law, and aunt-in-law (who are Caucasians). Everyone looked fantastic. She has a meticulous eye for detail; my mom and aunt didn’t even know what style they wanted, but they trusted her completely and looked stunning.

Flawless Longevity: She takes the time to make sure you look perfect. My husband and I had our styling done early in the morning for a 4 PM ceremony, and our looks stayed flawless throughout the ceremony and into the reception.

A Personal Touch: She is more than just a vendor; she truly cares. She stayed for our ceremony and even shared a video she recorded with me. She even went the extra mile by leaving lipstick samples with my maid of honor for touch-ups.
