The studio has waiting area with complimentary beverages, two bathrooms and break room with microwave and refrigerator.
We are open 7 days a week flexible schedule rental and always available
with any questions you might have.
Studio Rental Rates
Use of the studio requires the following :
Signed Studio Rental Agreement
Either renter, their guests and clients need to sign a studio liability waiver for entering the studio.

Driver's License Photocopy
Certificate of General Liability Insurance (may be required)
Rental Policy:
Payment is due in full on the day of rental. Renter assumes all responsibility for cast, crew, and all personal property.
